Delivery & Returns.

Delivery Information 

Fabrics are usually posted out within 48 hours using the Royal Mail second class service. Any orders received after 1pm on a Friday or on a Saturday/Sunday will be posted the following Monday. UK orders are dispatched through Royal Mail or a courier for bulkier and heavier orders.

UK POSTAGE Postage is calculated using the weight of the fabric and is based on the Royal Mail's current second class parcel rates which also take into account the size and depth of each package. Postage costs are calculated at the checkout. Patch fabrics cannot be held responsible for any parcels that go astray in the postal system. If you have not received your parcel within 7 days please contact us to discuss. 

Refunds and Returns

Should you wish to return any goods purchased from Patch Fabric, please do so within 28 days from the date payment was made. Returns should be sent in the original packaging. Please note that refunds cannot be issued for fabric that you have cut or for pre-packaged items where the packaging has been opened and damaged. Items must be returned in a re-sellable condition for a refund to be issued. If in doubt, please do not hesitate to contact us by either phone or email prior to returning your goods. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items. Postage and packing charges will not be refunded. Exceptions to this are that; we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective. This does not affect your statutory rights.

You can cancel your order at any point up to time of dispatch.
