The following Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases through the website Patchfabric.co.uk

Communication

Upon placing an order with the Patchfabric.co.uk website, you will be notified by email of your purchase. We will only communicate with you if we have any unexpected difficulties in completing your order e.g. stock shortages or a delay in dispatching. We will not communicate with you, however, for any other reason, such as marketing, advertising, surveys etc. 

Complaints

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the product you have purchased from us or with the service provided by Patch Fabric, please do not hesitate to contact me with your feedback. You may do so via the contact form on the site, or via email at Emma@Patchfabric@outlook.com We want your experience of buying from us to be as positive as possible.

Pricing 

All prices are in GB sterling pounds inclusive of VAT and exclusive of delivery. We reserve the right to change any of our advertised prices.

Payment 

Payment is effected through PayPal’s secure gateway. You can review the PayPal privacy policy at www.paypal.com. We will share information with PayPal only when it is necessary for the purposes of processing payments you make via www.patchfabric.co.uk when refunding such payments and dealing with complaints and queries relating to such payments and refunds. Financial details from website transactions made with debit or credit cards will not be stored by us as this information is handled by our payment service provider, PayPal.

Product Details

All products have a photographic image. The descriptions included are partial and representations only. Aspects such as texture, precise colour, print size, pattern detail, or instructions may appear differently in ‘real life’. By submitting your order to us you are confirming that you are aware of this fact.

Product Availability

All products displayed should be in stock but if for any unforeseeable reason, we are unable to complete your order, you will be offered an alternative or given a refund for the unavailable product(s). We will get in touch with you to offer you alternative options.

Distance Selling Regulations 

Under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 you have 7 days after receipt of goods to return them for a full refund. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Refunds and Returns

Should you wish to return any goods purchased from Patch Fabric, please do so within 28 days from the date payment was made. Returns should be sent in the original packaging. Please note that refunds cannot be issued for fabric that you have cut or for pre-packaged items where the packaging has been opened and damaged. Items must be returned in a re-sellable condition for a refund to be issued. If in doubt, please do not hesitate to contact us by either phone or email prior to returning your goods. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items. Postage and packing charges will not be refunded. Exceptions to this are that; we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order at any point up to time of dispatch.
