POSTAGE AND PACKAGING
All website orders are either posted First Class via Royal Mail or by courier for heavier items.
UK prices are as follows:
Up to £24.99 - £2.70
£25 to £49.99 - £4.30
All orders over £50 will be delivered free within the UK.
We want your order to reach you in perfect condition, so your order will be wrapped carefully before posting.
OVERSEAS ORDERS
Up to £24.99 - £3.95
£25.00 to £49.99 - £7.25
£50.00 + - £9.50
At checkout you will be given the option to choose the country in which you live and the total postage will be automatically calculated.
COLLECTION IN STORE
You are more than welcome to collect your order from our Bevan Street shop, please email us to let us know when you will be visiting to check opening times. Please only choose this option if you are able to collect from the shop.
DELIVERY TIMES
We will post out your order within 2 working days after your order and cleared payment is received.
In most cases your order will be sent the same or next working day.
First Class post usually takes up to 48 hours to reach mainland UK addresses, however in most areas you can expect your order the next day.
Overseas orders will also be posted within the same timescale but will take slightly longer to reach you.
If at any time circumstances determine that we are unable to meet the above terms, it will be clearly stated on the home page of the website.
RETURNS POLICY
Patch fabrics follows the Distance Selling Regulations 2000. Please click here for a PDF of the policy.
Once cut we are unable to accept returns on fabric or ribbons.
